As we all know, being physically active is an important part of our your health. It has many positive effects on your our body from keeping in shape to reducing cardiovascular diseases. It has also been proven in different studies that if children practice regular physical activities they will perform better academically. This is why it is so important for Makivik to promote and encourage our Nunavik youth to have fun and play sports.
