Current findings:		Scientists at the Research Centre carry out in-house studies and provide expertise on a contractual basis to organizations such as the Kativik Regional Government on projects addressing various environmental issues of the region, These include: Baseline studies and monitoring of impacts from mining activities; biological site surveys as part of the environmental infrastructure construction program of Nunavik; stream enhancement to facilitate arctic charr migration.
